Captured 24p Normal footage in
Xpress Pro 5.1.4
Film/24p setting CADENCE type: standard 2:3:2:3

Output as QT reference.

Open QT reference in QT player 7.0.4.

Can see two frames with "interlaced scan line around motion blue area" after every two perfect frames in an action sequence.

Tried capturing the same footage into Vegas and exporting as QT movie. No such interlaced problem can be identified.

What is wrong?
 
Were you working in a DV resolution? There have been some issues with export using DV codecs such as DV25, DV50 and DV100. I have not seen this issue with 5.2.2. Try updating the software and try again.
