Hi . I can't find answer in manual. Last time when I was making film, I saw in the upper left corner flashing red sign like a circle with white cross inside. SOme one can help ?

The heads need cleaning.

either that or your tape got moved a little on the heads and to fix that all you have to do is eject it and put it back in.
