What is this "movement" in the top right of the screen?

Right by the window in the right side of the frame, I have been noticing it has been happening a lot.

Might be 'micro jitters' from the lens you're using. Sometimes it happens with lenses that have the IS on while the camera is on a tripod, and/or some lenses are affected by it even if IS is off.

It's a well-known issue (if that's what it is) with some Panasonic glass.

Could also maybe be the AF randomly hunting/confirming focus, but probably not.
