What is the best place to buy: EVS or Willoughby's

Hey all, new to the site and hope to be a new owner of a DVX100A - Question, If I am a CA resident and I have to pay tax ~ $250 should I go for Willoughby's instead of EVS - or will I make out better by not having to pay for shipping - I could drive over to EVS. Both look like good companies to buy from but it may come down to the tax.

Willoughby's will be cheaper and they are trustworthy.

I too am a CA resident. Talk to the folks at EVS. You may qualify for a tax rate reduction (to something like 3.5%).

I dont know about WIlloughbys. EVS does give you a special discount for being a DVXuser member though.

Doesn't EVS have a second location on the east coast somewhere? Maybe you could order from that location then you wouldn't have to pay tax! Just a guess though.

There is a 3% discount form that gets the tax down to $109. ;D
