What is required to play QT FS-100 footage on a PC?

I use a MBP with FCP, but my friend is on a PC with Premier. I can play QT and P2 files no problem but he can't play QT files from the firestore, yet other QT files are no problem. What do I need to export out as in FCP so he can play the footage and edit on Premier? I use QT Pro, whereas he only has standard QT.


The best we've been able to get is audio, but no video plays.

Or is there something he can download that would remedy this? Like a codec or plugin?
 
You need Raylight Decoder to decode the files -- Apple doesn't support DVCProHD under Windows.
