what is it called? it looks like a backpack but i comes out like a pole straight up and then it bends forward. If that was unclear the pole has a shape like an upsidedown L and then its a "rope" so you hang the camera in it. I think this is just used for getting a little movement in the shoots, so you dont get the static like tripod feel. To me this looks better than using an Spider Brace..

Ok, i drive you crazy...I put up a picture on my server...

Who have tried it? is it any good?

yea, that shouldn't be any problem! thanx for that superfast answer. Im still curios to here what you guys think of using it.

I rented one this summer and loved it so much I bought one. Looks dorky but the stability was amazing. I was even able to secure my FS-100 (in its geardear cage) to one of the straps in front using velcro and ties.

Sounds great!
I mailed them to see wich the think fit the hvx200 best..I guess its the turtle x bag.. would be nice to have a backpack aswell.

Yeah it looks very dorky! Always nice if you can put a smile to somebodys face while shooting!

And please list how much it is in sweden, because the German distributor Dedoweigert has an "under construction" homepage for about 3 years now...

They recomended the Turtle X wich support up to 4 kg. (just think how much a hvx with like sgpro adapter and like an ikan monitor weight? to be futere proof..) I need a backpack for the hvx so this would rock!

Anyway the swedish price is 7 875:- ex moms (taxes). So around 9800 in moms. When i translate the canidian I get 9700kr so it looks like its more och less the same=)
