What is Firmware Ver. 1.32?

I saw some postings about Ver. 1.32 firmware for the GH1 and had some difficulty finding this link for it:

My GH1 has the official Panasonic 1.3 firmware installed, but when I tried to install 1.32 nothing happened - the camera would not install it.

Maybe 1.32 is only for Japanese GH1's? The Panasonic US site shows the current firmware is 1.3, not 1.32:

This is confusing!

1.32 is the latest official and worldwide firmware update from Panasonic. See your first link and look at "File Name after self-extract" at the bottom of this page. It would save much confusion if the GH1 would display two digits after the decimal point but it doesn't.
You obviously have the latest 1.32 firmware already installed so the camera will not update. That is normal behaviour. It will only accept a future firmware with a higher version number (or a selfmade firmware using Ptool).
