What is a good intermediate codec to go from Windows to Mac?

After trying countless options and contacting Cineform, it turns out the secret is not to export in RGB nut only in YUV. When you export Cineform RGB, it clips the whites. As for YUV, while it dos not clip the whites, the Premiere Waveform Monitor shows the whites clipped in YUV as well. This means there is a double bug. Cineform clips whites on RGB and Premiere does not have a fully reliable codec interpretation.
