What information is savde with shots in GH2?

Will GH2 save info such as aperture, shutter speed, iso etc with each individual shot? (so you can recall it later)

Nope. It doesn't even keep the numbering continuous. Every time you wipe the card memory, shots start at 00000.mts with no metadata besides the date and time.

That's correct: No metadata. It can be useful to shoot a digital still immediately before a video take, with the same cam settings for stills & video, so you can refer to the still's metadata.

Except that, unless I am mistaken, you can't shoot a still in movie mode... which I never really leave. I remember with the pre-hacked GF1 I would shoot a still first in order to see what the automatically chosen values were for reference.

Oh, and speaking of that... I am not sure if the GH2 does the same thing (don't have it with me at the moment), but the GF1 would save a picture with metadata with every MPEG shot.

Have anyone tried to do this with GH2?
