It seems to be my luck. I've been wanting a Glidecam HD-4000 for a while now and actually have a shoot I could use one with. I was going to purchase it from my favorite store, BHPhotoVideo. Saw it was out of stock. Then I looked elsewhere after a week of waiting, Marketplace forums, adorama, amazon, etc. Very few places even have it now and most that do are charging more than what I'd like to pay. I was hoping for that 549.99 w/ free shipping. It seems to be out of stock everywhere. What's going on? Were they affected by a manufacturing issue? Are they coming out with a new model?
I'm just curious because I really need(ed) one and I'm still on the hunt for one in a decent price range. I need it soon so I can begin practicing with it and have ample time to learn it.
Thoughts?
