What external drive are you using with FCP?

My crappy old 1TB is about full and I'm looking to buy a better external. I've heard good things about G Raid drives but not sure which model is best for editing on FCP. So.... what's the best drive? I'll get reimbursed up to $250.... so that's kinda the price range I'm eying.

I can always move old files over to another external... but wanted a good drive to edit on.
