What editing application do you use...

[reservoir]

iMovie for simple stuff....FCP for the more *robust* editing app.

~reservoir~

[Pale Rider]

Premiere Pro 1.5... I've grown up on the Adobe workflow, and it just makes sense to me. Plus you can't beat the compatibilty with AE, Photoshop, and Encore.

[Terry_Lasater]

Fcp

[J.R. Hudson]

Ulead media studio

what you got a problem?

Serious?

[Rasquachemedia]

fcp 4 here, i have no intentions of upgrading to 5 for a long while. for the kinda stuff i do i don't need that much stuff.

[VoodooXT]

For the moment, FCP 4.5

[mmm]

FCP takes the lead....yyyyyesssssssss!

It's like a horse race...

[tobnoj]

final cut 4.5 suite. very well intergrated.
but i want the new production suite (5) because of soundtrack pro, and multicamera editing...

i need money!

[tobnoj]

forgot to mention, i use premiere pro 1.5 on the pc. i am only using it becuase this project im doing is on it. i prefer fcp without a doubt.

[BLUESPIDER]

Serious?

Well, I did back in 98! It only lasted about 4 days and I switched over to Premiere! I'm still using premiere. It can do everything I need it to do! Plus with AE, Photoshop, and Solitare, I'm set!

Preimere Pro beeeatches!

[BLUESPIDER]

Plus why spend thousands on an Avid, final cut, etc, when I only use it to make cuts and dissovles. I got the Adobe production bundle with my capture card and it does everything I need it to do!

[Jay Rodriguez]

FCP biznitch!

[Bigmagic]

Premiere Pro 1.5 with After Effects Standard, Audition and Encore. I like the seemless integration although I suck at it. I once had Vegas and liked it as well very user friendly.

[Justin_Kirch]

is anyone using Pinnacle Studio 8? if you are you should be shot.

[Shaw]

Premiere Pro. I like it quite a bit.

[David Jimerson]

is anyone using Pinnacle Studio 8? if you are you should be shot.

It's as good of an entry-level app as any.

[John C Lyons]

Movie Maker was really killer the one time I used it when I needed to throw together a green "preview" scene which was just a still image that ran for a few seconds at the start of a trailer DVD. AMAZING program!

[mmm]

Er... there is no option for VHS to VHS with Videotronics MKE250 digital mixer/titler...

My weapons of choice.

[surf]

how could you forget the Premier?????

[khmuse]

Premier Pro, After Effects, Audition, Encore and Photoshop for me.
