FS7: What does your Lanc do?

For various reasons Im not digging the Lanc (aka handle) on the FS7. No good on a pan bar for example.

I wonder if any other users have any other Lancs and have tried them on the FS7.

What can you control?

Im particularly interested in focus check and start/stop.
