What Does This Mean?!

OH MY GOD, I'm still having this problem!! It's not letting me do ANYTHING now!

And I don't knwo what Ram, OS, specs or any of that means
 
Jesus dude! You're an editor and director and you don't know anything about the system that you're using! RAM is Random Access Memory, basically how much memory your computer has available to process all the programs that are running. OS=Operating System, which I'm assuming is Window XP. Specs is your computer's hardware specification, i.e processor speed, graphic card, amount of RAM. You can find all of this out by going into Start, select Run and type in dxdiag.

It's extremely difficult for the rest of us to diagnose your computer without actually being able to take a look at it. In your case I would suggest backing up all your important files and reinstalling Windows XP. This would wipe the hard drive clean of what ever is causing the problem and you can just reinstall Premiere and start over.
