I always see these stands where they put lights on it.

What does it exactly call ? can anyone tell me?!??

Scaffolding? Or is there some other name for it on film sets?

Paralleles is the term used on set, most often. But scaffolding will do.

Any tool rental yard should carry it, even in smaller towns - can't build houses and shops without it. Breaks down flat, can go in a pickup or van, usually takes two guys minimum to get it up.
