What do you think is the best?

I have the Canon 5d Mk3 and I need to take some very close up shots (eye, refection on a door handle, an insect watching the talent etc....) The 50mm 1.4 doesn't get me close enough for focus and neither does the 70-200mm 2.8. Thanks for any feedback.

plus: if you haven't done this before, expect the DoF to be a lot shallower than you think; like: insanely shallow

Here's my sample video with a vintage OM 50mm F/1.4 and a vintage 7mm, 14mm, 25mm Olympus extension tube set. I thought it came out pretty incredible. Especially considering the lens and tube set only cost $125 total.
