what do you guys think?

1 - stop filming their feet
2 - get some distance, you dont always have to be right next to the skater, especially with long lense
3 - have smoother transissions
4 - try to not have the same looking shots over and over

the only reason its teh same looking shots over and over again is becuase its throwaway footage, and i didnt really need smoother transitions because of the way the song was it just wouldnt look good with it unless i used film burns and well film burns are overused, and i wasnt actually super close to the skater, but there are much better looking shots from that day its just im saving them for a better edit
 
A lot of the time it looks nicer to set up the scene files on the camera, versus color grading, but you have more control in post. Most of the time I use my "shot on film" scene file...

oh, ok haha i mainly just turn the master ped wayyyy down then i like to keep my color temp at like -4 and the detail lev at like -2 but the rest is a secret, hhaa

That doesnt make any sense, what if they did land it ? then its still the same angle lol
 
haha, i knw but we were just warming up for some legit skating, that was just at our skate shop, but anyways i shouldve haha
