Hey guys, seems like Im ending up in a nasty situation after shooting a gig and I think this is the right place for this. Maybe you guys can lend me some advice.

So I shot a gig for a client. $500 deal. In his contract he states that he will review the footage before payment. I accepted this arrangement, shot the event, brought him the footage, and sat with him and reviewed several clips. He at that time decided the footage was good and paid me for the job.

Two weeks later I get a message that he is unhappy with it all, claims the sound drops out, people are cut off, and shots are out of focus. (By the way I have back up of all the footage and don't notice anything to this extent) He now claims that he can not use the footage and I am costing him money. He is also threatening to take me to court for the $500.

I feel since all the requirements of his contract where met he has no case, but has anyone ever been in a position like this before?
