What CASE do you use for your Gini Rig ??

Hi guys and girls,

I have just picked up a Gini Rig Extreme 17 and was wondering what cases everyone has for them? I know the Pelican 1520 is an attractive option but for $200 (+$90 postage to Australia) it is a little out of my price range and over half the price of the rig.

So, I would like to hear or see what cases people are using for their rigs. Something small and light is preferable as I will be travelling a lot with it.

I don't know how they do it, but I get my Pelicases from Nalpak.com. Even with tax, transport and import, it's stiil cheaper for me to get the cases from them than my local authorized dealer.

I think ShopUSA had an Australian division at one point. They write here that you should call them in regards to questions. Try that....

If you can find one, get a view camera bag. You can transport your rig totally assembled, matte box & all. Very very handy, esp. if you move to different sets through a day.

Mine's a big Tenba-style case with velcro dividers, Love it. Ebay find.
