what cards work for capturing live hdmi feeds from the hmc150

I have had my 150 for a little over a year, and really like it. I primarily do short films, and vfx plates. I was planning on shooting some greenscreen elements, and was planning on using my blackmagic intensity pro to capture the hmdi output directly so I could take advantage of the 4:2:2 color space. But much to my disappointment it seems that the intensity pro will not capture from the hdmi of the camera. I am using a dual quad xeon with 16gb ram, 3 250gb drive stripped for capturing, and PPCS4

So my question is, am I doing something wrong with my intensity pro?

Has any successfully captured live hdmi feeds using the intensity pro card? If so how did you do it?

What cards have people used to capture live hdmi feeds?

Thanks for the help

I capture from the HDMI on the HMC via the Intensity Pro without any problems right in to Final Cut Pro. I know this is on a Mac, but there is no reason this shouldn't work on a PC also, because the card is the same. Check the codec you are capturing to and that the settings on the card and camera match.

What happens when you try to capture ?

How long is the HDMI cable you are using? I found the camera worked fine with my 10m cable but would not drive the 20m cable enough for it to work. The 20m works as an output from the Intensity Pro to the TV so it wasn't a cable problem as such, just that the camera wouldn't drive the longer cable.

Thanks for the response Exact, I worked on my setup, and realized that because I recently rebuilt my system, I was using xp 64 service pack 1. Once I installed service pack 2 I was able to capture from the hdmi. However, I can only get it to work when I have the intensity set to 1080i 59.94. I have my hdmi output on the camera set to fixed, and I thought that would force it to send the format that I am recording out thru the hdmi cable. Any thoughts why the camera won't sync at 1080p 24, or any other settings other then 1080i 59.94?
