What are these lights called??

They're just Kino Flo's. You can either take the harness out of any conventional Kino fixture and/or incorporate single harnesses and various cable adapters and extensions and put the tubes wherever you like. For example, with a 4Bank VE Select ballast you can control four single tubes with a header cable feeding a 4Bank 4ft or 2ft harness, with each of its connectors feeding single header cables to single harnesses with one tube. In that video you can actually see the single harness wires alongside the tubes. Those appear to be Mega 8ft tubes.

There are a couple ways to do this - Kino (as I understand) sells a setup that has ballasts and wiring that attach to loose tubes, and you can purchase tube clips that screw to walls or can go on grip gear. I've seen people just gut regular flo fixtures and make their own versions as well, screwing the fixture clips to walls and running wires from the ballasts.

I've actually been sketching up a music video set using rows of 8' tubes. 8' fixtures are $50 new and they're so prevalent in warehouses & such, you could likely find them cheaper.

EDIT: posted the same moment as Maplecap, who has the scoop!
