What are necessary equipments for capture through HD-SDI?

Will someone give me a list of all the necessary equipments required to capture HD-SDI (4:2:2) from my EX1 camera? What kind/brand of HD-SDI card do I need to purchase for my computer so I can capture from the EX1 camera? What software do I need to capture the video once I have the HD-SDI card installed?

Is there any other option for capture HD-SDI from EX1 to a laptop? If so, what are the options?

AJA Video Systems, Blackmagic Design, and Matrox got some nice products for capturing via HD-SDI.

Do you use final cut 2? If so - are you looking for a solution for a Mac Pro or Macbook Pro or both?

I didn't think Black Magic offered a system for capturing to a laptop.
