I just started using Cineform Neoscene and my footage looks awesome and runs silky smooth. I just have one BIG problem, the audio is just alot of loud blips! What on earth am I doing wrong? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

sounds like you don't have the proper ac3 plugin installed. Below is from the cineform support site:

"NOTE about Audio: If you are not properly converting audio, you may not have an AC3 decoder installed. Many software packages install an AC3 decoder, but if not, you can get a free AC3 decoder here: http://www.free-codecs.com/download/ac3_filter.htm."

install this free plugin and your audio should play back correctly.

That was it! Thanks a whole bunch Edweirdo!

i was very pleased when i read this thread as i have the same problem. however, mine only does it to every 1 out of 5 (on average) clips. if my problem was a missing decoder then surely it would do it to every clip..........right?

IDK, the first clip was fine, after that was the really ugly noise.
