I'll ask this question.

How come certain DVX footage flickers when you export from premiere to an AVI. Certain shots flicker up and down crazily, like the black bars keep shifting every nano-second. One shot will be perfectly normal, then the next is flicker-crazy.

Wuddup with that?
 
I think I remember something about rendering with lower field first checked, memory is fuzzy on that one but maybe worth checking
 
yeah, it's weird though. One shot is fine, the next is jittery. So it should be messing up all the shots, but it isn't.
