GH2 Weird Vingette/dark areas & banding

Has anyone else run into this issue with dark areas? Using a variable ND filter over a UV filter on the stock 14-42 lens. It is also hacked with 42mb hack. Also is there a way to get rid of the banding?


The second is the same angle from the sun just pointing up toward the sky.

try to remove the UV filter and just use the VariND... if that doesn't fix your issue, try the same filter on another lens. A friend had this issue recently when using my VariND on his lens, could be related to the coating of the lens, since i never got that kind of darkened parts of the pictures...
