FS7: Weird Vertical Lines on Export of FS7 footage in Premiere

I've tried exporting the project 100 different ways and each time I get these wierd vertical lines only on some shots within the project. It was filmed in 4096 x 2160 @ 60p. Has anyone encountered this? I'm thinking it may be a bug in premiere with Proxies, but not 100% sure.Screen Shot 2016-12-27 at 6.01.56 AM.jpg Cropped out company logo, which is why it may look a bit off aspect ratio wise.
 
That's happened to me a couple of times too - when shot in the same format. I found if I punched in on my image to 101% it would go away. Not the best solution, but for the times I needed a quick fix it did the trick!
