Is there such thing as a sticker of some sort to put on the LCD that has the rule of thirds on it so you can frame it up with having the lines there already?

I would look for a screen protector for a palm pilot/pocket pc and draw on that.

I printed various rules (thirds, sixths, golden ratio) in a variety of formats (4:3, 16:9) on a sheet of laser-printable transparencies. Cost about a dollar for the transparency material (available at your local office-supply store), and 20 minutes of my time.
