Weird HVX200 artifacts

I shot a live performance yesterday night. Upon reviewing my footage, I found one frame containing some weird artifacts. So far, it's seems that it didn't affect much of my shot (I hope!). Should I be worried about this? :huh:

Steadicam, Shot on P2, 720PN@24fps, using Spark preset, exported from PPro CS3, no CC :

What cause this glitch?
 
it also happened once to me on firestore,but just once,.weird.And after that day it became an obssesion on me like ''What if again''....

After the shoot, I took out the cards, inserted them in my Laptop and copied everything on my desktop HDD over a network. Maybe that's where the problem came from (LAN transfer errors or something).

I was told it was the...

I was told it is the disadvantage of importing your footage from firewire then the p2 adapter directly to computer. This happened to me as well.
