weird gittery whites

I've noticed some weird motion/gittery movement in some footage shot last Nover that I viewed yesterday. I didn't recall seeing it the first I viewed it(right after the shoot). I also noticed a weird almost pixel/digital look to some stuff shot outdoors and involving some motion during pans.

What should i do for the whites?
Should I turn the OSI off for pans?

Yes. Anytime you use a tripod or similar support, you'll want to turn OIS off. It will fight your pan.

that's what I've been reading. I never would have thought that but I guess it makes sense.
