So I use Sorenson Squeeze 4.2 with Avid Xpress Pro 4.5.1 to compress my QT reference file to create three file types: a WMV, MPEG4, and a QT. I have no problems whatsoever in creating these in the past 6+ months. Now for some reason, whenever I try to create the QT, it shows as creating, but then when it completes the file from the destination (always my desktop) vanishes. I click play in Squeeze and it says it can't locate file. And I saw it on the desktop while it was being squeezed. What gives?
I've tried a host of alternate settings, but for some reason it doesn't work. Now, I recently did a 3 minute piece and it worked as I compressed it with HD settings. And I just tried it now for my new 8 minute piece and the HD one disappears as well.
Anybody else experience this?
