Weird Color Bleed with DVX100a

Has anyone else experienced weird color bleeding/compression/lines with the DVX? Specifically around stronger primary colors but MOST often with reds? I've been filming on 24p Advance using Squeeze and it seems no matter what settings I use, it always happens. Is it a problem associated with the squeeze setting, a problem with the DVX across the board or simply something messed up with my particular camera? It's done it since I bought it a year and a half ago and I've just figured it was just what it does but it's starting to bug me!

I've been trying to get screencaps to show but it doesn't seem to show up well enough to see in individual shots. It's really something that's more noticeable with full motion video. Anyone else experienced anything closely resembling what I'm describing?

Highly saturated primary colors, particularly red, can exhibit problems. This is likely not a camera problem but more the nature of the beast. The typical fix is a chroma blur on the color channel that is exhibiting the problem (usually red or blue). Post a short clip and it will be easy to tell what the problem actually is. A few seconds should be enough.
