I shot this with an HVX200 using tape, imported with a cheap MiniDV camera to save the tape head on the HVX. I used these same two cameras, using tape, to shoot and import a video since this shoot and before importing this shoot, and had no issues.
What is causing this? What can I do? This is a wedding video, so it's fairly important. I used the internal mic on the camera, so it's now an issue with the audio equipment. I'm somewhat afraid to try the tape in the HVX to see if it acts any differently for fear of hurting the tape heads. You'd think, if it were a tape issue, the video would be faulty, but it isn't.
