Weird AF100 TC Slave thing...

So .. was on set today with a Deneke SB-3 feeding the TC into an HPX300 .. the TC out
going to the AF100 into the video signal ( with a BNC to RCA adapter ).

Both cams were in 1080p30 (NDF) ..

The AF100 was set to TC free-run

I went to the TC/UB menu and chose the TC sync menu .. chose SLAVE .. and
then pressed the TC Set button .. The display said TC Link .. which I would expect.

However .. the time on the AF100 did not sync .. it was about a second behind.

The HPX300 sunk perfectly to the SB-3 TC Generator.

I power cycled the AF100, toggled it to Record Run .. and then back to Free run and
re-sunk.

I also tried bypassing the HPX300 and going directly to the SB-3's TC-out .. no difference.

Very strange ..

Any ideas?

ps: Also, the Start/Stop1 button started acting up .. it would start .. but wouldn't stop .. very odd.

Is it the problem with a BNC to RCA adapter?

I don't think so. If the BNC -> RCA adapter wasn't working, I don't believe I'd be getting the TC Link message
after pushing the TC SET button. I'll keep playing with it...
