Wedding Video Intro.

Ok....

Overall I thought it was good. Couple of things I noticed:

Lose the cheesy effects....they are just distracting.
Kill the limo shots....they are just generic, add nothing to the context.

I am not really a fan of the song selection. I prefer something alittle more subtle to lead up to the wedding. I also think that it can be tightened up, there were alot of repeated shots (rack from door handle to dress is one example). Was the guy in the purple shirt the groom's father? If so, its fine, but there was a build-up leading to him and I would think that would be reserved for someone special.

You have the right idea, just need to touch somethings up.

It felt like I was watching a cheesy behind the scenes look at a wedding. The music was way too intense and loud. Subtle ambient music is usually the best way to go.

Usually a wedding intro only looks at the setting, making the appearance of the bridge and groom all the more spectacular.

Overall it was a good effort.

I appreciate your input guys. A professional opinion truly is help. My clients will praise the work even if i have shaky footage to show them becuase they might not know better, unless they visit this forum.

As for the music the bride specifically chose that selection. I personally like slow and melow myself. But the customer is always right.

For the final video the clients were very satisfied. And i have gotten 2 more bookings from the same family. So i could not be happier.

Congratulations, that's what it's all about! Personally I'd use a little less effects, though. So did you shoot it at 60i?
