think you could post some footage. wedding season is coming up, im thinking about doing weddings for extra cash. looks like there wasn't much light at the reception, but still came out pretty good. you use any slow mo at all?

So, was that a Catholic church?
Yes.

Footage will be coming in the next week or two. I actually didn't plan on doing the reception but went and did some there anyway, and was suprised how well it turned out. As far as slomo yes, mostly for the people entering the church, seated, and the quartet that was playing.

The fourth from the top is my favorite. I like the point of reference in the foreground. and the lighting looks good too.

Settings?
Shot 720p 24 and 60 to a firestore (overcrank) and 720pn 24 and 60 to 8GB P2 card all shots done in Cine-V Master Ped -7 shutter speed at 24 Iris at 4. Autofocus at wedding, manual at reception.

I did to, it's overcranked and pans across the room, back to front.

Can you do Variable Framerates in 480p? He used 60p and if I recall right, you can't do 60p in 480 DVCpro50

Looking forward to seeing some of the footage of the reception. How did the varying lighting conditions effect what you could shoot? Was it an issue at all?

No overcranking in DVCpro50
Correct, that's why 720p.

In that fourth grab, is that guy with the beard in the back asleep? That would be pretty funny
 He had some weird look on his face like that the whole time.

Well like I said, I wasn't planning on shooting the reception I just did some of it, but the lighting was bad so we'll se what happens.
