That would be real stained glass. That shot was from the church. I thought it looked nice.

..sorry that was supposed to be a joke. ..but again i have to come to terms with the fact that my humor is actually just me saying stupid things.
but the grabs are good, wasnt kidding about that. i like the high shutter speed to freeze the water. the one with the really high shutter looks a bit dark , but still cool

Dont listen to them IAL they are real people. There is a little deives iside the DVX100a that is new. Its called the defibulator, and this little device is used for so many cool new unexlainable features. Most people dont know about it but Ive seen it before so I wanted to share the wealth.

That 'frozen water' looks really good! The first and second frame are the best IMO...nice stuff!

That colorful lighting was actually from the DJ. They happened to be standing really close to his lighting rig when I shot that.

Check my site again sometime next week. I'm putting this one up! It was all 24p. Turned out okay if you're not slowing footage down to a crawl. I have some 24p footage slowed that looks fantastic and other shots during the ceremony that I had to trash because of jitter. lately I've been thinking that I may just shoot the ceremony 60i as an insurance polcy. Everything else (photo session, Pre-ceremony, reception) will be 24p.
As far as lighting goes this was the most dimly lit reception I've ever been to. I have a 50watt on camera light and I'm a close shooter. I never get more than 8 or 9 feet away from my subject so lighting is never an issue.
