Wedding DVD convert overseas?

Hi! I shot a wedding on my DVX and edited in FCP 6 the couple wants to send some DVD's to they're family in Brazil, right now the DVD's are in NTSC format. Will they DVD's play NTSC in Brazil? and if not can anyone give me any advice on how to change over the format. Thanks!!
 
I live in Israel (PAL) and can tell you that every DVD player sold here can handle NTSC and PAL. You should ask the Brazilians if their situation is the same.
