WEB export

I was wondering if anyone knows what the process for exporting and uploading footage likr this is. I'm sure a lot of you have seen this clip of the ridiculously good looking red scarlet footage. It looks very sharp and loads really quickly in full size. Any ideas, I'm pretty new to the web export thing.

you will have better results in the compression forun under post production. Good compression for web delivery applies to all cams, not just here for the 150

red footage tends to kill the cripsness of most prosumer camcorders

Well of course I know I can't match the image of the red but I just wanted to know if anyone has an idea how to have a full size quick loading HD video on a website like that. I'm not talking about making the hmc match that quality just the way to have a video on a website in the same way if that makes any sense.

Wow, that looks amazing. The crispness kills the 150, don't you think?
I wouldn't say it kills it, its real nice but you have to realise that it was shot in a controlled environment with the right lighting etc. I'm sure that if you had the HMC in the same conditions you would yield similar results,,, if it was to be projected, that would be a different story as the Red's 4k res would stand out.

Good point. I will give that a shot. Thanks.

That I believe it is encoded for flash player? You can export as a flash player movie file, create a new flash file (if you have adobe flash installed) and link that external file. I used to do it way back... but i'm not in that league anymore. Information is wide available about this just google it or try wikipedia.

Tony, if you end up making a post under the compression section will you link it here? Or if you find any other information on the subject it would be great to have a follow up. I am very interested in learning how to do this kind of compression.
