GH4 WB issue with G7

Is anyone having problems using manual WB or adjusting Kelvin values with G7? Neither seem to work with my unit. Menus look similar to other Lumix cams. Manual is no help. Suspect my unit may be defective but would like input before sending off.
 
No problems with mine, I haven't tried Manual WB yet but adjusting Kelvin values works smoothly in all the PASM modes. In ia, scenes, and "art" settings instead of the actual values I get a color "balance" slider at the bottom the EVF/LCD.

What you might try if you are having different troubles is a complete "reset" of the camera to all defaults (one of the menu items somewhere) just in case you "enabled" some mode in which that adjustment is not available.
 
Thanks Bruce. Tried the reset first off. Your unit works same as other Lumix models I've had. The manual WB and Kelvin shows in menu but does not adjust. Never had any of the Lumix cams behave this way. Suspect cam needs to go in for service check.
 
Are you in manual movie mode? The indicator for the mode dial is the mark on the flash housing, not the mark on the power switch.
 
After tinkering with it quite awhile I've found a work around. By setting WB to one of the fn1 button I can get manual WB and Kelvin adjustments to work using that assigned button. Still can't access these from any of the manual modes directly. Strange.
