Way off topic. What's your spaghetti recipe?

4 or so small pieces of "chorizo" (to give a small hint of meat flavour) fried ,with two drops of virgin olive oil, together with some garlic and oregano herb. topped by home made tomato sauce (home grown tomato, onions, carrots, and a handfull of other home grown vegetables, cooked together, then right to the blender and finally bottled)... umm I need some right now... I hate oily food, that's why I only use two drops of virgin olive oil to fry everything (that's enough to give some flavour).

I make mine from scratch(so to speak), Always get compliments on the sauce. I often thought of doing a video. But it's slightly different every time. The basics on mine is tomato sauce, paste, stewed/sliced or diced tomatoes. Sometimes one can of each, sometimes large can of sauce, or two cans of sauce… 1 fresh onion, fresh mushrooms(sliced) and the key is Lawry's spaghetti seasoning. There are two sizes of packets depending on how much I make. If that doesn't give it enough flavor, I add some garlic and oregano. Then, plenty of meat!! I season the meat when I brown it with garlic salt, pepper, and some worstishire. That would be the other Key is seasoning the meat. And slightly over brown that meat too.

This is the condensed version BTW
