So... what do you do, when you find out that the school bus route has been changed, and that the bus is going to drive by your house every single day?
Why, you wave at your kid on the bus. That should embarrass him, right?
But... how do you keep it interesting for all 170 days of the year? Surely you'd need some variety...

Rain or shine, 170 days, he was out there, in costume, no days repeated. And when he was too sick to stand out there, he put up a cardboard cutout of a Lord of the Rings character to take his place.
