"Water" - G35/DVX (48hr Horror Film Fest w/ Rob Rodriguez)

Yo.

The fishtank shots are my favorite. Who is your VFX artist? What system does he work on?

How did you get a G35? How does it compare with your work with the mini35? Do you have any experience with the M2?

I assume the G35 has the flipped image issue. How do you frame your shots? On camera LCD?

Looking forward to the DP cut of the film

wow! congrats once again on the film! you've gotta post robert rodriguez's feedback if he ever releases it to the public.

does he always judge the 48hr festival, or is this a special occasion?

AMAZING!!! The best "film like" video I've seen here. Really unbelievable!!!

//as escozooz said: how did you get a g35 cause I don't understand what's hapening. On g35 website the adapter is still "in production" but I can see more and more footage on the internet (and not some promo stuff but shorts like yours)

Yeah, still getting the 'Bandwidth Exceeded' message, would love to see this, Jonathan (or anyone else) do you have a copy downloaded? I could post on my sit for a while as well.

Hey everyone,

Here's the director's cut of the film, which I happen to like a lot more. There are still a few minor things that will be tweaked (mainly dialogue sound), but for the most part, I think this will be it! Enjoy:

If anyone else can host this file, that would be great. I don't want my bandwidth exceeded again this early in the month! Thanks.

Oooohhh. Now the film makes sense. I had no idea what was going on before.

Do you guys have any production pics you can show us?

Peace.

Here is a mirror. Please use this to minimize the load on Norm's site.

Norm,

As always your camera work is phenomenal. Inspirational (wow - that looks good) and depressing (wow - I'll never be that good) at the same time. :)

The story was just so-so for me, but your visual work kept me spellbound.

Chris
