He sold same item to few people on Creative Cow, DvXuser, dvinfo, hv20.......

I found out through other forums and user, he does this more often just to hi-jacked your money via Paypal.

Today is Oct 10th, 2011 and his scam-excuses never finished.

This stuff makes me sick, sorry to hear your trouble dealing with this guy. I remember this listing as i almost bought it. I hope he mans up and keeps his word in tact, good luck with your transaction.
 
This kind of people make me sick too. I just had to do the same, call PayPal and open a dispute. Item I won was on eBay, I paid $20 shopping within the same city(Los Angeles) 11 days passed, no tracking number. Finally got the tracking number this morning. I can feel your pain. Good luck.
 
Gosh I can see you've been super patient and gracious about waiting for 30 days, Kwan. It's just so unfortunate that people like him have to resort to such underhanded means to cheat people's money. I hope you get your money back (or he finally ships it without any other excuses) and appreciate the sharing for the community.
 
Did you file a dispute with Paypal? I had a similar situation happen to me recently, and after opening a Paypal dispute, I got my money back in about 10 days.
 
Wow, I bought a sony wireless lav set from this guy he shipped it right away and it came in as decribed but missing a 20$ part he wouldn't contact me about the part so I wound up having to buy. Sorry man that really blows, if you don't have time to ship it don't list it.
 
This guy has multiple items for sale here so watch out! I always find it interesting when someone shows up, joins, and the first thing they do is try to sell stuff. That is a red flag right there for me.
 
His "Scam game" is to sell single item to multiple user and collect multiple payment when he needs money. After he offers you, "I will contact you when money is ready for refund".
I was waiting for long..... enough, finally called my bank and paypal for refund.

What-a scammer.
 
Wow, that really sucks.. hope it all turns out well for you..
I always give people a time-limit, within paypal's deadline to open a dispute...
 
I'm hoping DVXuser comes up with a rating system for buyers and sellers soon. Something like Fredmiranda.com. Seems to weed out the scammers.

Yeah I actually tried selling some stuff soon after joining and no one was interested. I had priced the stuff VERY reasonably and didn't get a response. Now I realise how dodgy it must have looked!
