Was this shot with a D90

could be shot with anything, no way to tell from looking at the footage, maybe ask the author?

I would say it is de D90 have a look at 00:42 and 00:49 you can see the bad jello effect when he is panning, in many parts you can also see somethins that looks like star stepping effects, but that could be just youtube compresion. For the jello effecta and for the look of the video Id say that it was shot on D90, It looks a lot like some videos I shoot.

I think it looks more like the GH1 at 1080p 24fps...maybe? I don't think the D90 would handle the wide shots that way and, from what they say, jello is present in lots of cameras.
