Was it ever determined if Newegg.com is authorized?

I bought my DVX from New egg a few weeks ago and sent in the rebate form that I was able to download from Panasonic. It never occured to me that there might be a problem with the rebate. The manual is in English and French for the U.S. & Canadian Market. By the time I find out if it qualifies for the rebate or not, I won't be able to return it to Newegg. Any suggestions>
 
I just purchased one Friday, and supposed to be here tomorrow or Thursday. I explained my concerns with customer service about the rebate and warranty, and he told me that if for any reason there is a problem, just to call and they would straighten it out.

Did you get just a DVX Book, or was it the DVX Book/DVX DVD, and Magic Bullet?
And which way is safer and quicker to do the rebate, online or mail in. I don't understand, if you do it online you don't send them anything. If you mail it in, don't you have to send in the label off the box?

I bought mt DVX100b from Newegg a few weeks ago and just received by book and software yesterday. Now if I can just get the rebate check everything will be just fine. Newegg may not be authorized but they are a great company to deal with.

You get The DVX Book & DVD, plus Magic Bullet.

I did the rebate online because I think it is quicker, and you don't risk losing anything in the mail. All you have to do is enter your information online and submit (serial number, address, crap like that.)
