That's a crock. What FedEx fill in the forms for you? I pick up a form, fill in the "to" address, the "from" addres, whether or not it's residential or commercial, what's in the package and the insurance information before then signing the sheet. The only thing the FedEx employee enters is the measurements, weight and cost to ship. If he actually placed insurance on it, he'd have a receipt showing that fact. I call bullshi*.
