Warranty Certificate BS!

It has been over 6 weeks and ive sent 2 emails on the site where i registered my camera and have gotten no response. What is the deal! Can someone give me a contact that can get my certificate so i can get the rebate as I was offered. What a disappointment.
 
Steve Cooperman is a member of DVXUSER and was kind enough to get mine unstuck when it did not come after a month. I think he is now product manager for the HPX300, etc., line.

Send him by private message all the particulars of your purchase to expedite his inquiry: purchase date, registration date, serial numer, vendor, etc.

I did two new Pannycams in the last several months and both took 2-3+ weeks so this is no big surprise. It is like asking the monolith to move. The one night late, there they were vis email. Now I am waiting for rebates....equally slow, and beyond the stated time period. When I called the rebate hotline, they said blah blah, they are in process. They did say it nicely though.

This is an area where Panny could use some improvement.
