Warning Psd Ng!

I got this "WARNING PSD NG" last night when I was shooting with my trusty DVX 100, I was quoted somewhere between $175.00 if it is a problem with some kind of ribbon, and $1000 if it is a problem with the lens. This is crazy! Nothing appears too out of wack with my footage.

Should I keep on shooting with this warning? HOW did it happen and what can I try to do to get rid of this warning?

Well then clearly there is nothing wrong with the camera, the only thing you can learn to do is NEVER HAVE KIDS!
