Warning psd ng error help

I've had this fixed twice on my DVX 100A. I think Panasonic fixed the issue on the B. It has to do with the ribbon cable that connects to the lens assembly as it pertains to the OIS. The cable gets corroated and has to be cleaned and reset. It cost me $475.00 the first time and $340.00 the second five years later.
 
I just got this problem too. Wow thats a lotta coin. Anyone know a shop in Orange County/L.A. that can take care of it?
