Shooting short film April 4-5, and would love to rent a mini35 adapter for my DVX100. Home-made varieties would be welcome! We can work out a rental rate that seems appropriate. Please drop me an email at pullsfocus@gmail.com.

You should check out Du-All (http://www.duallcamera.com/)...they've got a mini35 that they rent along with packages with lenses, mattebox, follow focus, etc.

I'm shooting my short April 17th and I'm renting from them...
